Miss a day without losing your streak. Two freezes a month, used automatically.
Life gets in the way. A missed day used to reset a streak you built over weeks, and that felt unfair. Streak freeze keeps the count going when you skip a day for a good reason.
You get two freezes each month. Daylit uses one automatically on a missed day and shows a snowflake in the calendar, so you always know what happened. You can turn this off in Settings, under Streaks.
