Licence
Daylit Labs GmbH gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Daylit on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store’s standard licence terms.
Subscriptions and trial
Daylit is free. Daylit Pro costs $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year and starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Use Daylit for your own habits and notes. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law.
Your content
Everything you write in Daylit belongs to you. We claim no rights to it.
Liability
Daylit is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Daylit Labs is not liable for indirect losses, including lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The new version will appear on this page with a new date. Larger changes are announced in the app first.
